The McRib Returns To McDonald’s On November 1, 2021

The iconic McRib starts with a seasoned boneless pork patty dipped in a tangy BBQ sauce, topped with slivered onions and dill pickles, all served on a toasted homestyle bun.

The McRib’s journey began in Kansas City, Kansas back in 1981 where it quickly became a regional fan-favorite before sweeping the nation and becoming one of the brand’s most highly anticipate limited-time offerings.
